Sheepwash Showdown Event Details

2 day event that is open to 2WD Stock buggies, 2WD open buggies, 4WD buggies and stadium trucks. BRCA required for everyone that wants to race/marshal.

Prices

Adult £20 Junior £15 for the weekend including BBQ (£5 each extra class)

Saturday Night BBQ

Included in your race fees, standard sausage/burgers, if you would like anything extra cooked please bring it along on the day.

Camping

Free camping on the Saturday night, music and fire pit

Facilities

Onsite toilets, tea and coffee available, 230v sockets available (bring an extension lead), onsite water, compressed air to clean cars (goggles recommended).

Pitting

Pits are not covered so bring a gazebo to shelter from the sun…. or rain, table/chair required. No smoking in the pit area.

Marshaling

Hi Viz required, sensible shoes (no flip flops)

Race format

2 rounds of timed practice to set heat ability, 5 rounds of qualifying with 3 best rounds to count, 3 leg finals.

Schedule (All timing is dependent on numbers)

Saturday

9am to 11am – Booking in, camping setup and Open practice

11am to 1.45pm – 2 rounds of timed practice and lunch break

1.45pm to 5.15pm – 3 rounds of qualifying

5.30pm – BBQ

Sunday

8.30am to 9.30am – Open practice

9.30am to 1pm – 3 rounds of qualifying and lunch break

1.30pm to 5pm – 3 leg finals

5pm – Trophy presentation
